Founder
I’m hoping with your continued support to grow and expand the business with time and our dedicated team. I listen to our customers and want to be the best that can be to add to the local community services. We use local producers and businesses where I can ensure everything is as fresh as it can be. I hope to create specials with the experiences and memories from my travels working on the yachts in the Mediterranean sea creating vibrant salads and hearty stews, lasagnas and cheese and charcuterie boards from my time working as a chalet chef in the Swiss and French Alps

Where would we be without Nigel?
Nigel is a well-travelled experienced hotel chef who is classically trained and has worked in restaurants and hotels in Scotland, Australia and all over the Cheshire triangle.
Nigel’s food is always nothing short of being delicious which keeps our lovely regular customers coming back for more!
Come and buy one of Nigel’s hot sandwich special creations such as our legendary steak melt, you won’t be disappointed!
Neil
Chef
Neil is well versed in many different cuisines including Italian and Middle Eastern.
Neil uses spices cleverly to enhance our salad bar so that it’s anything but boring.
Neil is also well travelled and has 2 small children to keep him on his toes.

Jules is brilliant at creating your favourite tea and coffee to order and takes pride in preparing your salad boxes stuffed to the brim and makes sure you have everything you need for a perfect mouth-watering lunch!
In her spare time Jules is a Guide leader and organises weekly guiding meetings and camps.
She is also crazy about dogs and isn’t afraid to ask for a paw in return for the end of a sausage!

Michelle is our fun coffee making, salad box filling ex-cabin crew wing woman.
She is often chatting to our customers about her beautiful cheeky daughter's antics.
She is also not shy in sharing sausage nibbles with our passing 4 legged friends.
In Michelle spare time she has a networking sales business.

Connie is our Saturday girl who is studying literature. She loves 90s music and is keen to do a bit of baking and do more food service. Connie has a cat called Nigel!
